Just Another Number Lottery (“JAN Lottery”) is a Small Society Lottery registered with North Yorkshire Council, Permit Number 00246. It is promoted by The Jordan Legacy, a registered Community Interest Company (12784768).
The lottery is administered by BriteVox Limited, trading as ZenterPrize (“ZenterPrize”).
Together, “We” refers to JAN Lottery and ZenterPrize jointly.

To play JAN Lottery, you must register by providing the information outlined in our Lottery Rules to ensure the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 are met.

1. Your name and address, telephone number, and email address so that we can verify that you are eligible to enter a lottery, confirm your entry into a lottery and contact you if you have won a prize.
2. Your date of birth and confirmation you are over 18 years of age.

Following your last entry into the lottery and your last financial transaction, your information will be retained for a further 7 years to ensure we meet our regulatory requirements, comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate financial and other records, and resolve disputes. For example, to allow a regulatory body to audit our financial information and processes.
Following this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

How and where do we store your personal data?
We handle and store your personal data in accordance with industry best practice and use selected third parties to help deliver our services to you and to support our business.
